Dear Riverwood National Men’s Golf Club Member and Future
Member:
The Men’s Golf Club had another
fun and successful year in 2009. We crowned new club champions,
sponsored a couple Match Play tournaments, sponsored an exciting
Horse Race event, enhanced the 2009 Individual Point Race and
helped with the Riverwood National Arbor Cup tournament.

2010 brings new opportunities
to Riverwood National and the Men’s Golf Club league:
We have a new PGA Golf
Professional, Steve Fessler. Steve has a fantastic
reputation as a PGA Club Professional and golf teacher! You
will also find a new and improved Riverwood National Golf Club
season memberships including a new Men’s Golf Club
membership only option. Golf course improvements! Riverwood
National has already made a couple of improvements to the course
over the winter and have a many more planned for Spring!
Finally, if you get a new person to sign-up for the 2010 Men’s
Golf Club league this year, Steve will give you and your
new member a 1 hour free golf lesson!
2010 Men’s Club Smoker:
Mark your calendars for our 2nd Annual Men’s
Club Smoker held on Saturday, March 27th, 2010 at the
Riverwood National Masters Restaurant from 1:00-4:00pm. We will
have some free appetizers and a drink ticket or 2 for you as
well. If weather cooperates we may have the driving range
open. This will also give everyone an opportunity to complete
the
2010 Men's THURSDAY Club League Application and submit your league fee. I also
encourage everyone to bring a friend who is interested in
joining our Men’s Club golf league this year. This would be an
opportune time for interested individuals to meet our members,
see the course and ask any questions they may have about our
Men’s Golf Club league. Don’t forget… free 1 hour lesson!
There are a few enhancements I
think you will enjoy. Addition of weekly “Net Skins”/”Gross
Skins”, Thursday night results posting and finally, a new
“Tournament of Champions” held at year end! More details to
come.
Please complete the application, make a check out to Riverwood
National Men’s Club and either bring it to the Men’s Club Smoker
or mail it in.
